Each item is heavily inspected to ensure that you will be receiving only the highest quality of handmade goods. Please keep in mind that all of our products are completely and solely handmade, therefore, there may a slight variation in what your item looks like. We do guarantee that your product will look 99% like the photo.
Materials:
100% genuine SWAROVSKI crystals, preciosa crystals, Austrian crystals, and glass gems. WE DO NOT USE PLASTIC STONES LIKE THOSE OTHER GUYS. All of our crystals and gems are securely and strongly adhered to the cases with our custom adhesive. We also seal the crystals to prevent them from falling off, we do this at no extra charge.

Here at Kollada, we specialize in custom designs. Feel more than welcome to customize our designs even further by adding a message in the "Special Requests" box. Unlike our competitors, we DO NOT charge to add your own special touch to the designs, and that is because all of our items are handmade by US in the United States ;)
